Own and drive the account sales strategy of the diagnostic imaging portfolio at accounts within a defined territory.

Essential Responsibilities:
Driving competitive equipment and service account conversation
Grow visibility and drive win rate in assigned geography
Deliver annual orders and revenue sales targets. Maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales
Developing and cultivating long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization, many of which will be new relationships for GE Healthcare
Design and execute specific strategies needed to grow GE Healthcare organically
Develop strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines: Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology, OR & Women’s Health
Specialize in – and be willing to regularly learn, digest and utilize - diagnostic imaging product knowledge in MRI, XR, CT, Interventional Radiology & Cardiology, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine & PET-CT. Drive funnel growth for radiology and cardiology imaging modalities
Prospect in person and by phone for new opportunities and move deals through sales stages: Qualify, Quoting, Opportunity Management, Territory Management and Service strategy alignment
Leverage Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, as measured by NEMA. Ability to synthesize data and respond to market changes. Flexibility and balance to thrive in a dynamic industry and market
Gain deep understanding of customer needs and desired outcomes. Be an expert in customers’ installed base and develop technology & capital plans that map with their annual budget process
Proactively communicate and collaborate with your account community team including Service sales and service delivery, GE Capital and Strategic Account Executives. Leverage Region Modality Leaders (RML’s) and Strategic Development Leaders (SDL’s) as product business managers to learn product and qualify opportunities. Drive closure with site visits and co-developed negotiation strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years selling experience OR an associate degree with a minimum of 10 years selling experience OR a high school diploma with a minimum of 15 years selling experience
Proven Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles as well as demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding those quotas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language
Ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
Strong presentation and relationship building skills
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
Excellent negotiation & closing skills
Valid motor vehicle license
Must be willing to live within the metro Atlanta area
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
Desired Characteristics:

Previous experience in the Healthcare industry
Proven experience and success selling diagnostic imaging products
Technical Imaging product knowledge
Desire to learn and adapt to win in an evolving environment
Excellent computer and analytical skills
Strong understanding on the US Healthcare system and buying groups
