Job Description

1.Roles & Responsibility

Manage eDHR (MES) system, ensure production line smooth run.

Manage MCC(material Change Coordinator) process.

Review ECR and Push ECO implement. Analyze Job varies and BOM structure. Lead cost reduction, process improvement projects.

Lead and support NPI and transfer project to land Beijing site.

2. Qualification/Requirements

Bachelor’s or above degree of Engineering

Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Strong sense of ownership

Teamwork, coordination, and communication skills

3. Desired Characteristics

Over 3 years of experience in related field

Experience in foreign company or abroad

Experience in lean manufacture

Experience in ERP system, SAP/Oracle….
