Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Regulatory Trainee or the EMEA region. In collaboration with the EMEA Marketing & Marketing Communications (Marcom) team, you will support the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) for the team and will follow up on invoices with suppliers. You might also coordinate translation activities as well as regulatory approvals of marketing materials. The position is fixed-term and can be either part-time and full-time.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Help create purchase orders and track associated invoices.
Manage translation activities, together with the EMEA translation agency. Ensure content is translated on time and properly shared with the Marketing teams.
Help validating Marketing assets/content into the Regulatory platform.
Qualifications/Requirements
Student in the Business/Marketing/Communications area
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment
Process-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving and technical attitude
Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks
