Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Supply Chain Business Partner is a member of the Planning and Logistics organization reporting to the Global Demand Planning Lead.

  • Sits in the Region leadership team

  • The main objective of the SC Business Partner is to be the first point of liaison between the Regional GMs and the Planning and Logistics organization

  • Integrates demand and supply execution at regional level, in the S&OE and S&OP horizons

  • Following Accountabilities are part of the job:

  • Is accountable for Regional Demand Forecast, including alignment with Regional Commercial and Finance

  • Is accountable for Inventory levels in the regional DCs, Service and Forecast Accuracy

  • Validates Safety Stocks levels

  • Liaise with DRP’ers to secure adequate supply for their region

  • Liaise with Customer Service to secure adequate supply for Dealers

  • Escalates issues as needed to: GM’s, SC team, Quality, Finance

  • Approves Mode shifts

  • Triggers/participates in capacity allocation processes involving one or more Regions

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Planning or Demand Planning

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of SAP/APO/Kinaxis is a plus.

Desired Characteristics

  • Excellent analytical skills and excel proficiency.

  • Master degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and lead in a high-pressure environment.

  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts.

  • Working knowledge of planning processes and systems.

  • While not essential, experience in healthcare would be beneficial.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $130,560.00-$195,840.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
