Job Description

As the Planning and Logistics Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our planning and logistics processes and systems. You will be responsible for leading the transformation efforts across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering tangible improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for transforming planning and logistics functions, considering the company's strategic objectives and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to measure progress and success.

Process Optimization:

  • Conduct a thorough assessment of existing planning and logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize lead times.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and best practices adoption throughout the organization.

Systems Integration and Implementation:

  • Lead the technical implementation of Kinaxis as the primary planning and logistics platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with existing SAP and APO systems.

  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of Kinaxis modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.

  • Provide guidance and support to end-users during the transition phase, facilitating training and knowledge transfer activities as needed.

Change Management:

  • Act as a change agent, driving awareness and buy-in for the transformation initiatives across the organization.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback throughout the transformation journey.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments, including Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance, to foster collaboration and alignment.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on planning and logistics matters, providing guidance and expertise to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive SAP knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor´s Degree, Master´s Degree preferred

  • Solid interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently

  • Team management background
