受注チームのエスカレーション対応（顧客クレームなどの指示・対策）
サポートチームのエスカレーション対応（顧客クレーム、高度な質問・対策）
受注変更処理対応
売上管理
GE Healthcare shopのヘルプデスク
２．物流管理
高度医療機器販売責任者（サプライセンター）
在庫ボリュームの管理
購入仕入品の発注点管理
ビジネス戦略に対する在庫計画の立案と提案、調整業務
納期の遅延のエスカレーション対応
新製品導入におけるビジネスオペレーション部の窓口
実地棚卸の管理
出荷おけるのトラブルのエスカレーションの対応
販売製品のEOSL／Replacement時の対応のトリガーとリード
３．業務改善活動
オペレーションの品質、および生産性向上
在庫削減
欠品率の低下
応募要件（希望）
１．3年以上の医療業界、もしくは医薬品の物流経験
２．薬事および医療業界の商習慣の理解
３．英語スキル（ビジネスレベル）
４．MS OfficeのExcel等のスキル（基幹システムのデータベースからのデータ加工の経験など）
５．積極的・自主的にコミュニケーションをとるスキル
６．業務品質改善の経験（プロジェクトをリードしたことがあれば尚可）
