Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
This role is part of GE Healthcare Service commercial team, and as a subject matter expert for organizational strategy and requires deep commercial awareness with ability to identify and drive initiatives which create organic & inorganic growth opportunities based on competitive intelligence and market dynamics. Role requires incumbent to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization (incl. commercial, operation and HQ teams) to develop near to mid-range plans in line with market assessment, trends, data gathering & analysis. This role is expected to support the Strategy leader for planning and driving implementation of organizational priorities having a focus on both driving growth and delivering efficiencies.
This role is responsible for driving on the following areas:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Strategy initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop strategic initiatives that drive business performance. Includes go-to market assessments and implementations, developing new growth initiatives, operating model changes, business case development for strategic initiatives.
S trate gic Project Management : Leading strategic projects for organizational priorities, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure progress and outcomes.
Business Development & Partnerships – business development through scouting various partnership models and managing the process internally and externally end-to-end including industry assessment, business model framing, financial model drafting. Work with the various business leaders to identify and onboard trustful business partners (including potential inorganic opportunity) for targeted segments. Work with cross-functional team to ensure that the partners meet commercial, reliability and service requirements. Define GTM model and establish operating mechanisms for activating regional partnerships that drives business growth.
Education And Experience Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy and/or Finance
Minimum 2+ years experience in Healthcare industry.
MBA or a master’s degree in finance & marketing (or equivalent)
Understanding of business strategy, partnerships, analytical tools/ dashboards, power BI, insight generation tools, strategy frameworks

Experience of working with Senior Leadership and driving initiatives with minimum support
Strong strategic thinking and ability to work with cross functions to develop the strategy
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

Established project management skills
