Job Description

Responsibilities

• B2B Marketing: Lead management

• Support the AKA Imaging marketing team in managing the steps of the lead management process, including creating campaigns in salesforce for each of the tactics, linking opportunities to campaigns, using marketo and liaising with the omnichannel and inside sales teams to follow up on leads

• Become familiar with B2B marketing metrics and processes such as lead to orders conversion rate, funnel stages, wing-to-wing process of lead management including qualification, lead scoring, and others.

• Connect marketing budget spend with funnel and orders

• Review salesforce dashboards and prepare reports to show marketing ROI

• Market Data

• Become familiar with commercial excellence metrics such as share %, share v points, market %, and visibility

• Prepare and update existing analytics documents with latest market data

• Data entry and cross-checking between offline files and smartsheets

• Extract reports from Salesforce.com to analyse funnel and prepare win/loss pivots

• Manage the relevant dashboards in Salesforce.com

• Perform additional tasks as required to support AKA Imaging marketing team and the modalities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel, Spotfire, Power BI, Salesforce.com

• Ability to adapt quickly to change

• Ability to collaborate with numerous stakeholders and accommodate their availabilities

• This role is based in Singapore
