Job Description Summary

As a IB project leader, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and managing project management related processes and procedures for IB related projects, including product lifecycle management, IB sustaining projects planning/execution, interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and managing IB projects. Interfaces with internal/external customers to ensure organization resource allocation is made. Accountable to deliver the scope of work to the original cost estimate. Manages schedule, budget, and integration of requisition projects, including influencing the projects to meet customer expectation and business requirements.

  • Identify project risk and find the solution, uses some judgment, and has some ability to propose different solutions to address complicated cases with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

  • Work as IB window to interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.

  • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GEHC. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree on Engineering/Technology or & Project Management.

  • 5 years’ experience on project or program management,PMP certificated is preferred.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.

  • Strong multi-task handling capability and anti-pressure capability
